Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before appointment time. Deposits are nonrefundable. If appointment is rescheduled, deposit will rolll over to new appointment date. Appointments can only be rescheduled once.

Covid Protocols

All guests are asked to please wear a mask to receive services.

 

If you have been in contact with anyone exhibiting COVID symptoms or if you have had COVID symptoms within the last 7-14 days please schedule your appointment for a later date.

If you have had a positive COVID test in the last 7-10 days, you will not be serviced.

Late Arrival

There is a 10 minute grace period for tardiness to your appointment. After 15 minutes, your appointment time is forfeited and you will be treated as a walk-in. Service will not be guaranteed.

Missed Appointment

If an appointment is missed, the deposit is forfeited and can not be applied to a new appointment. After 2 missed appointments, you will no longer be able to schedule appointments.
