  • Do I have to pay a deposit to book an appointment?
    Yes. When booking an appointment, you must pay a nonrefundable deposit to hold your time slot.
  • What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
    Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before appointment time. Deposits are nonrefundable. If appointment is rescheduled, deposit will rolll over to new appointment date. Appointments can only be rescheduled once.
  • What happens if I miss my appointment?
    If an appointment is missed, the deposit is forfeited and can not be applied to a new appointment. After 2 missed appointments, you will no longer be able to schedule appointments.
  • What if I'm late for my appointment?
    There is a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment time is forefeited and you will be treated as a walk-in. Service will not be guaranteed.
  • How do I know what treatment I need for my natural hair?
    Schedule a consultation to have a hair assessment completed.
  • Do you offer gift certificates?
    Yes they can be purchased in salon only.
  • What if I have lost my gift certificate?
    A gift certificate is the same as cash. You must have it to receive service.
  • Are children and guest allowed in salon?
    They are only allowed if they are receiving a scheduled service. Otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay.
  • Do you take walk-in appointments?
    It is highly recommended you schedule an appointment for guaranteed service. Under certain cirmcumtances, walk-ins will be fit in.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    All major credit/debit cards and cash. No checks, CashApp, Venmo, or other payment platforms.
  • What is your return/exhange policy?
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have any issues with any styling tools purchased, the manufacturer must be contacted directly.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    Your order can be canceled before it is shipped out. As the processing time can be very short, please cancel within 24 hours.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. International shipping fees will apply.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal for secure payments and transactions.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    All orders have a 2-3 business day processing time. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days). Once your order is ready you will receive an email notification that it is ready to be shipped. Once shipped, please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders and international orders).
  • How long does the hair last?
    The hair is 100% human virgin hair, it will shed and tangle like our own hair. The slight shedding is normal and will not affect your installation. The life expectancy of the hair is solely dependent on the care and daily routine you provide to your hair.
